Hi, I'm Eren, and I’m here to speak from both personal experience and professional passion.
For over 15 years, I lived with the silent weight of something I couldn't name—PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). Month after month, I found myself trapped in a cycle of emotional pain, confusion, and relationship struggles. At times, I questioned myself.
I went through moments of deep anxiety, irritability, hopelessness—feelings that seemed to hijack my mind without warning or explanation.
Like many women, I sought answers. I visited gynecologists, primary care physicians, functional medicine practitioners, psychologists, and psychiatrists. I tried nearly every path available—from antidepressants to bioidentical hormone therapy, functional nutrition plans, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Each gave me pieces of the puzzle, but for years, I still didn’t have the full picture.
It wasn’t until I learned the true nature of PMDD that everything began to make sense. Understanding the neuroscience behind emotional regulation, hormonal sensitivity, and brain-body connections changed everything for me.
Now, at 41, I’ve found a balance that once felt impossible.
Through a combination of scientific knowledge, evidence-based techniques, and compassionate support, I finally feel like myself—consistently, clearly, and joyfully. I no longer feel broken. I feel empowered.
